UNTOLD Dubai is the city's Mega Festival, where over 100 world-renowned artists will perform their greatest shows for tens of thousands of people for four epic nights. Why is UNTOLD Dubai now taking place in November?
UNTOLD Dubai is evolving. We’re coming back in November 2025 to bring you the future of festivals—bigger experiences, bold innovations, and groundbreaking performances. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience Dubai during the best period of the year. It's a commitment to making life-changing experiences bigger and better for us.
What happens to the UNTOLD Dubai Mega Passes?
UNTOLD Dubai Mega Passes remain valid and can still be used for UNTOLD Dubai 2025 without any changes. They will be sent after March 6.
Do I need to register again if I registered before?
You do not have to do it again if you have already registered for UNTOLD Dubai 2025. The registration is still available for the new date.
How can I purchase a ticket for UNTOLD Dubai?
Tickets will be available soon! Be the first to access the 1st ticket sale by registering at www.untold.ae/register.
What time does UNTOLD Dubai begin and finish?
Get ready to party from the evening through the night and into the morning. The official schedule will be announced soon.
Is there a minimum age for attending UNTOLD Dubai?
There is not. Everyone is welcome at UNTOLD Dubai, regardless of age.
However, accessing those under 21 in the VIP area is strictly prohibited.
Children aged five and above must possess a valid purchased ticket.
Must I be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult if I am a minor?
Minors under 16 must present parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on the festival grounds.
Minors between 16 and 18 must present only parental consent, which allows them to enter the festival without a parent or guardian present.
Those aged 18 and above can enter without parental consent and parent/guardian.
All minors under 21 will receive a Minor Wristband. The parental consent can be found here.
Will alcoholic beverages be available?
Alcoholic beverages can be acquired inside UNTOLD Dubai only from the dedicated licensed refreshment points. These refreshment points will be marked accordingly and used exclusively for the sale of alcohol.
Is there a dress code for UNTOLD Dubai?
There is no specific dress code required for UNTOLD Dubai. Make sure to bring your best outfits.
What is included in the VIP pass?

Can I go to the General Access Area with a VIP Ticket?
Absolutely! VIP Ticket holders have access to all areas.
How can I get my UNTOLD Dubai Wristband?
To get your festival wristband, you must present a valid ticket and your ID or passport in hard copy.
Do I need to bring my ID/passport?
You must have a hard(physical) copy of your ID or Passport to collect your wristband.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you don’t need to print your ticket or QR code.
Simply use your phone to show the QR code from your untold.ae account.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
You can do so only if tickets are not sold out by then.
How can I pay within the festival grounds?
Your festival wristband is your wallet throughout the whole event. Make sure to top it up when you get to the festival grounds. There are multiple Credit Points on site. We accept cash and bank cards.
Can I give my wristband to someone else if I won’t be able to come for one day?
No, your festival wristband is personalized with your personal data. Each time you enter the festival, your wristband is scanned, and we confirm that the data on your wristband correspond with your data.
What items am I not allowed to bring to the festival?

* Inflammable cosmetic products (beach cream is allowed)
* Backpacks or bags larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12 cm
* Beverage cans
* Canned
* Fireworks
* Lasers
* Sprays

* Knives, weapons, blunt objects
* Chains
* Pyrotechnic articles
* Food or drink
* Animals
* Umbrellas (in case of rain, it is recommended to use pilgrims)
* Flammable or explosive materials
* Professional cameras or videos, including any type of DSLR camera or removable lens
* Any kind of objects that may injure other Participants
